Feature That People Really Want!
Check to see if emails sent from Miracle Service have been sent, delivered, opened, bounced, or blocked.
You can get this feature on these screens:
- Service Job Service Invoice for billing
- Invoice for sales
- Period invoice
- Purchase order
- Invoice for sales
- Contracts.

Notes Pinned: Make sure everyone knows
Your most important customer notes will now be pinned to the top of the list, making them easy to find.
Notes that are pinned always show up on these screens:
- Wonderful Service Notes from Client’s Customers
- Notes on Tasks
- Notes on Contracts
- Job Notes for the Mobile Field Technician Console
PM Performed: Selectable Equipment
It’s now much easier to handle multi-day PM jobs.
For tasks made from the PM Call Generation screen, you can now choose which equipment to apply “PM Performed” to when you close or reschedule the task.

Expenses in the Contract
Fill in common service costs automatically on a job service task You can now add expenses to contracts, and each new Service Task will automatically have the customer’s specific quantity and price filled in.
This is a great way to add normal costs like fuel surcharges, truck fees, report fees, and more!
