Attention Miracle Service users! If you haven’t yet upgraded, we encourage you to check out the latest version of Miracle Service – field service management software. This release includes several new features and improvements, including:
A New Model Feature:
We’ve enhanced the Model Class feature to include model-specific ‘Custom Fields’ and ‘Documents’, as well as given you the ability to globally update service equipment records based on Model Class settings.
QuickBooks Online Integration Updates:
In addition to the standard Invoice and Purchase Order export, you can now batch export printed and received P.O.’s, as well as include a service job’s description of the work performed directly onto the invoice.
More equipment fields viewable in the mobile application:
You asked for more data visibility in the Mobile Field Technician Console for your technicians and now you’ve got it. Fields like Purchase Date, Warranty End Date, Contract Type & Terms, and Purchase Vendor can be made viewable on each equipment record. You can also make equipment model-specific Documents automatically viewable to your technicians. Great for manuals and training materials.
Customer Portal Enhancements:
Customers can now more easily see previous service Jobs (both Open and Closed) based on specific equipment, as well as view public-designated documents for that equipment or model.
