We're pleased to announce the latest version of Miracle Service with new features and enhancements is now available. Version 6.6.0.7 HighlightsParts Compatibility: Speed up creating sales orders and invoices and have an easier way to ensure you are selling the right part or supplies to your customers! You can now identify the specific supplies and parts that are compatible with each customer's specific equipment. When a sales order or invoice is being created, only the compatible parts and supply items will be shown in the selection list. This new feature increases efficiency and minimizes return orders. To
enable the Parts Compatibility feature: Price Book: Added to assist companies that manage large parts price lists, creating a Price Book in Miracle Service now gives users a place to store and access parts lists separate from their inventory. Parts can be added to inventory when needed. Supplier's parts files (including item, price, description and more) can be imported directly into your Price Book. (Originally added in v6.6.0.2) To

Customer Web Portal - Version 3.2.4 Highlights• Added up to 5 custom data entry fields to make entering the problem description more efficient and specific. You have the option to make these fields mandatory or not, to ensure you get the information that you need. • Added a "forgot password" link feature to enable your customers to let you know when they have forgotten their password or are having difficulty logging in to your Customer Portal. • Option to hide the 'Reports' menu should you not wish to make that feature available in your portal.
