Version 3.1.7 now available

New Features Include:

• Adding Notes: The technician can now add Notes to a task. In addition, a Notes icon will appear to let the technician know if there is a note on the task.

• Open Task Notification: We've added a new on-screen notification when creating a new task to let the user know there is already an open task for the selected Serial Number. If more than one task exists, it lists them all.

• Equipment Detail has now been added to the Task Ticket details update screen to provide the technician with more complete information in the field.
