announce the latest version of Miracle Service
with new features and enhancements is now available.
NEW
- Quick Call -know if an open service task already exists:
Warning message
when creating a new Service Task that indicates that an open Service
Task exists for the same equipment.
NEW
- Customizable 'Task Status' Field:
Added the
ability to track the status of a service task with a new customizable
Task Status field to quickly show the status of the task. The task
status differs from the technician status in that it is manually
updated.
How To: You will see the new Task Status field on the service
task and on the Outstanding Task Screen. To set-up your Task Status
options, open Administration > 3. Service Preferences > Call
Look-ups > Task Status.
NEW
MODULE - eForms Management and Retrieval System:
Perfect for
companies that perform on-site calibrations or inspections. This
optional module generates customized electronic calibration certificates,
inspection forms or other customized types of required documents
from Adobe templates. Using the Technician Web Portal (for laptops
and tablets), technicians update the required information on the
forms and click a button to securely upload it to your server. The
completed form is now available and linked to the original work
order for easy retrieval.
You can create
and customize form templates yourself using Adobe Acrobat (sold
separately) or we can create them for you. Read
